The product

Meshes for pillars are a new reinforcement technology that creates a pre-assembled system of brackets for pillars, beams or any shaped elements.
Mesh panels are shaped according to the cross-section of the element to be obtained: rectangular, square or other shapes are available.

The cages are supplemented by rods with suitable diameters so as to meet design requirements.

The meshes for pillars manufactured in this manner provide many competitive advantages in the structural steel sector:

  • Fast laying and savings on labour: these meshes reduce the assembling times by 80% over traditional systems with no need for highly skilled workers. Usually, traditional reinforcement systems with brackets and bars require highly skilled workers and longer laying times because each element is to be positioned separately.
  • High quality construction and static safety: reinforcements obtained with meshes for pillars perfectly match design static calculations thanks to automated production, higher quality construction and total safety.
  • Small investment in equipment: unlike traditional systems that require complex and very expensive processing equipment such as benders, meshes for pillars are shaped by simpler and smaller equipment.
